2.0 Upgrade

Evergreen Indiana is live on 2.0!

As of today, Evergreen Indiana is live on 2.0.  Please review the documentation below that explores some of the new features. 

In April, the Indiana State Library staff will offer a 2-hour webinar, called “Evergreen 2.0 features” on the following dates/times for those interested in learning more about some of the new features.

For those unable to attend one of these webinars, we will also cover new features at the Annual Meeting (May 6, 2011 @ Primo West in Plainfield).

Library Card Order and Barcode Order

We are organizing both a library card order and a barcode order to be submitted to Creative Data Products on April 1, 2011.  If you need to place an order, please fill out the appropriate survey below and be sure to email the scanned image of your sample cards or barcodes to Wendy Knapp, wknapp@library.in.gov.  Both the survey and scanned images must be received by Close of Business 3/31/11.  NOTE: Pricing is indicated in the surveys below

Evergreen International Conference

Message from Kelly Ehinger to listservs:

The Adams Public Library was awarded an LSTA grant to help approximately ten individuals from Indiana libraries affiliated with Evergreen Indiana to attend the upcoming Evergreen International Annual Conference in April. 

This year’s conference will be held April 27-30 in Decatur, Georgia.  Information on the conference can be found at:  http://pines.georgialibraries.org/evergreen2011/  [The 2012 conference will be held in Indianapolis!]

Individuals from Evergreen Indiana libraries who wish to receive travel funds to attend this conference may apply for a sub-grant.  The application is here: 2011 Grant Application.  Applications must be submitted by March 25, 2011 to Jennifer Clifton, LSTA Consultant, Indiana State Library, 315 W Ohio Street, Indianapolis IN 46202.  Please also email a copy to her at jclifton@library.in.gov.
