Revised Collection Notices
Libraries will notice changes in the appearance and content of the collection notice letters. The language has been updated by the Patron Services Committee to reduce confusion and the item information has been corrected to dynamically show amounts still actively owed by the patron.
Communications Change
The companion e-mail to this blog and high priority announcements will be sent out via the Evergreen_Indiana_Updates distribution list in future. Recipients may set-up and control their own subscriptions via the Evergreen Indiana Updates Log-In page. Current recipients of the Weekly Update Newsletter should watch for their subscription invitations this week.
Committee News
The Executive Committee met on August 13, 2013 and approved the committee meeting minutes from April 9, 2013 and June 11, 2013.
The eContent Committee met on August 13, 2013 and approved the committee meeting minutes from June 11, 2013 . The eContent Committee also voted to welcome new committee members: Shawn Heaton, Vanessa Martin, Mandy Mawhorter, Mindy Patterson, Mary Reed, and Matthew Stevenson.
