Testing the Mobile OPAC

Our sincere thanks to the taskforce for providing initial reactions on the Mobile OPAC! We would like to open up the field for more testing, so we’re asking you and any of your staff who have a mobile device to take a look and let us know what you think! Instructions and a survey for collecting your comments are available here:

EI Development Update

In spring, member libraries were polled for desired development priorities. Here are some updates on when you can expect to see some of your requests fulfilled:

  • Limit search by Shelving Location: Modifiable in Version 2.4; should be available in December 2013 with upgrade.
  • Browse by Title, Author, or Subject: In active development with a targeted roll-out in Version 2.5
  • Call Numbers display for titles in “My Lists”: available in Version 2.3; will go live for EI libraries in December 2013.

2013 Evergreen Hack-A-Way

The 2013 Evergreen Hack-A-Way will be held on September 17-19 at Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI. The purpose of the Hack-A-Way is to provide a focused meeting to meet and discuss issues ranging from quality assurance to increased functionality.
Attendees are required to pay their own way, but the hosting costs are defrayed in part by sponsorships. If your library would like to sponsor the 2013 Hack-A-Way, please use this form:
