Remember to Highlight Your Collection
When you link from your website to the Evergreen Indiana online catalog, don’t forget to showcase your local collection by setting the link to automatically search your holdings first! Patrons still have access to the full consortium holdings, but they search your collection first by default this way. To do this, use the following link on your website to connect to the catalog: http://evergreen.lib.in.us/eg/opac/home?locg=XYZ (replace the XYZ with your Organizational Unit code or Library [Branch] Shortname). This link is also recommended for OPAC search station homepages in your library.
Committee News
The Patron Services Committee met on June 18, 2013. They approved the March 19, 2013 minutes at that meeting. For 2013/14 please congratulate officers Vanessa Martin (Greensburg-Decatur Co. PL), Chair, Jennifer McKinley (Morgan County PL), Chair-elect, and Laura Hull (Peabody PL), Secretary. The next Patron Services Committee Meeting will be on September 17, 2013.

- The ordering session for ordering barcodes and library cards is coming up in a couple of weeks (July 8-12). Check your supplies now!
